L-Aspartic Acid (L-Asp)

SORBIC ACID

Sorbic acid and its salts are often used as preservatives in food and drinks to prevent the growth of mold, yeast, and fungi.

9-Decenoic acid is used in a variety of flavors and fragrances applications, including to impart earthy tropical nuances in fragrances, and to instill creamy notes in milk and milk chocolate products.
