Overview
|

The specially designed Varsal microwave system V-800 is
a high production, easy to use digestion system. It includes a special
safety lock, fume exhaust, and a PTFE coated cavity. Is supplied
standard, ready for use with 8 digestion vessels capable of operation
at up to 600 psi and 200°C. Water, soils, sludge, oils, food,
pharmaceuticals and many more samples can be easily digested. Designed
to offer the safety and convenience of a laboratory microwave system at
a fraction of competitor's prices.

Vessels
are rated for up to 350 PSI pressure and 230°C temperature. Supplied
with rupture disks rated at 300 PSI, OPV (Over Pressure Value),
Assembly relieves at 300 PSI into vent pot.
Outer
vessel is made from PEEK. The Inner vessel liner is made from PTFE,
which is acid and high temperature resistant.
