Varsal Inc. is founded by Dr. Pingxin Wang in Pennsylvania,
USA.

|
The first analytical instrument, a VI-2000 Atomic
Fluorescence Spectrometer is sold in the USA by Varsal.

1995 (September)
|
Vigorous Instruments Co., Ltd. (Beijing), a fully owned
subsidiary of Varsal Instruments, Inc. is registered in Beijing, China.
October 1, 1995 Beijing Fangdian Kemao Co., Ltd. is acquired by
Vigorous. Changed to Varsal Instruments (Beijing) Co., Ltd. In December
2003.

Varsal imports Trichloroethylene to the USA. This is Varsal's
first chemical trading business.

40 Acres of industrial land are acquired at

Vigor Biochem (Zoucheng) Co., Ltd. is registered in
Zoucheng, Shandong, China.

|
Varsal Europe, B.V. is registered in Amsterdam, The
Netherlands.

|
The first phase of Vigor Biochem's chemical production facility
is finished and the production of L-Aspartic Acid and other amino acid
products and derivatives begins. Name changed to Varsal Biochem
(Zoucheng) Co., Ltd. in May 2003.

The first phase of Vigor Chemicals' chemical production
facility at Jingtang is finished and the production of Methanesulfonic
Acid (MSA) and MSA salts begins. Name changed to Varsal Chemicals
(Tangshan) Co., Ltd. in July 2003.
