Vigorous Instruments Co., Ltd. (Beijing),
a fully owned subsidiary of Varsal Instruments, Inc. is registered in Beijing, China. October 1, 1995
Beijing Fangdian Kemao
Co., Ltd. is acquired by Vigorous. Changed to Varsal Instruments (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

chemical production facility is finished and the production of
